APA SPRING CONFERENCE
I do want to challenge all of us to attend our spring conference on March 13-14th in North Little Rock. We have put together a program that I believe will be of interest to our group. In addition, we will be touring the Heifer Project headquarters that is one of the few Platinum LEED buildings in this country.  Finally, the opportunity to simply visit with other members and talk through issues should not be overlooked.
 
The conference will close with a business meeting that we will use to talk about legislative opportunities in the next session, coming to a consensus on the theme for out fall conference along with our regular business.
